MoneyBook ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). Please read this privacy policy carefully. Age Restriction: MoneyBook is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

2.3 Google Sign-In Data

If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive:

We do not have access to your Google Account password. Google Sign-In is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

MoneyBook uses Google Firebase services to provide core functionality:

  • Firebase Hosting: For app configuration and content delivery

Data Shared with Firebase: Email address, user ID, authentication tokens, financial transaction data, categories, and user settings.

Important: Firebase is a service provided by Google LLC. Your data stored in Firebase is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and security measures. Data is stored on Google's secure servers and may be processed in countries where Google operates data centers.

4.2 Google Sign-In

When you use Google Sign-In, Google may collect certain information about your use of the App. This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

4.3 Future Payment Processing (RevenueCat/Google Play Billing)

When subscription features are added, we may use:

  • Google Play Billing: For processing payments and managing subscriptions
  • RevenueCat (optional): For subscription management and analytics

Payment information (credit card details) will be processed directly by Google Play Store and will not be stored on our servers.

4.4 We Do Not Sell Your Data

  • Active Accounts: We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services
  • Deleted Accounts: Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days
  • Backup Data: Backups containing your data may persist for up to 90 days for disaster recovery purposes

6.2 Your Right to Delete Your Data

You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time:

  4. Complete the deletion process within 30 days

Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please export your data before deleting your account if you wish to keep a copy.

Firebase infrastructure operates globally, and your data may be processed in any country where Google maintains data centers, including but not limited to the United States and European Union.
